  * Emax:        double - maximum energy for the spectrum
  * NE:          double - number of energy points in the spectrum
  * GammaG:      double - Gaussian broadening of the spectrum (full width half maximum)
  * GammaL:      double - Lorenzian broadening of the spectrum (full width half maximum)
